Our kimchi is produced by OEM with Jessica Marketโ€™s recipe, made only after your order, and prepared for immediate pickup โ€” so you can enjoy truly fresh kimchi.


Kimchi is precious to us. Imported kimchi from Korea, no matter how good, takes at least a month in transit. Even when well-preserved, the seasoning inevitably matures, which has always been a dilemma for us.


Thatโ€™s why weโ€™ve decided:

 

  • During winter kimchi season in Korea (when cabbage is at its best) โ†’ weโ€™ll import.

  • During summer (when ripe kimchi is less preferred) โ†’ weโ€™ll produce locally in Australia.

 

 


 

 

Our Process

 


Of course, it would be ideal if we made all the kimchi ourselves, but we decided to work with specialists who excel in this field. Since last year, weโ€™ve held meetings, trials, and tastings โ€” and now, with great care, weโ€™re able to release freshly made Baechu Kimchi and Yeolmu Kimchi under Jessica Market OEM production.


Going forward, we will strictly follow a pre-order system to keep the kimchi at peak freshness:

 

  1. Collect pre-orders

  2. Produce kimchi after orders are confirmed

  3. Prepare for pickup & delivery

  4. Sales close once the stock is finished

 


This way, we can ensure you enjoy fresh, crisp kimchi every time.
