Refund Policy

01. If There Is a Problem with the Product You Received:

  • If the product is different from the advertised description or is damaged (e.g., spoiled), we will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the extent of the issue.

Perishable/ Refrigerated/ Frozen Products:
Please post a photo of the product showing the issue on the customer service board within 3 days of receiving the item.
*If the product is confirmed to have an issue, Jessica Market will cover the return shipping cost.

02. Perishable/ Refrigerated/ Frozen Products:
Due to the nature of these products, which cannot be resold, we ask for your understanding that exchanges and returns are not possible in cases of simple change of mind or order mistakes. The taste of the product may vary slightly depending on the item, and even the same product may be perceived differently depending on personal preference.
*For exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for a $10 shipping fee. (If shipping was paid with the order, the fee will be $10).

03. When Exchanges/ Cancellations Are Not Possible:
Please note that the following requests may not be accepted:

  • If the product is damaged due to reasons attributable to the consumer. [For products that cannot be resold due to damaged packaging, cancellations due to a change of mind are not allowed.]
  • If a product made to order has already entered the production process, cancellation will not be possible.
