[주문/결제 관련]

  • To place an order, add the product to the shopping cart > fill out the order form > pay, choose a pickup method and pay > complete the order.
  • When transferring money, please enter your order number in Discription.
  • If you wish to partially cancel the order, please cancel the order and place the order again (For order cancellation, please contact the site bulletin board)
  • For order and payment inquiries, please use the bulletin board within the site (Inquiries to the cafe will be deleted without notice)

  • We will respond to phone calls and text messages sequentially.
  • Please use the website bulletin board for inquiries outside of business hours.
  • Please follow basic etiquette when contacting us by phone or text message. Example) No phone calls or text messages at 1 am

[환불 규정]

01. If there is a problem with the received product
- Depending on the extent of the problem with the product, such as when the product is different from the advertised content or corrupted, we will provide a re-delivery, partial refund, or full refund.

Fresh/Chilled/Frozen Food
Please attach a photo to confirm the condition of the product within 3 days of receiving the product and leave it on the bulletin board.
*If it is confirmed that there is a problem with the product, Jessica Market will cover the shipping cost.


02. Fresh/refrigerated/frozen food
Due to the nature of the product, which cannot be resold, please understand that it is difficult to exchange or return in case of simple change of mind or order error. The taste may differ slightly depending on the product, and the same product may feel different depending on individual taste.
*In case of exchange or refund due to simple change of mind, the customer must pay the shipping fee of $10. ($10 if you paid for shipping on your order)


03. In case exchange/cancellation is not possible
Please understand that it may be difficult to request an exchange/cancellation for the following cases.
If the product is damaged due to reasons attributable to the consumer [In the case of a product that cannot be resold due to damaged packaging, it is difficult to cancel due to simple change of mind.]
Cancellation is not possible if a product that is individually produced according to the consumer's order has already been produced.
