🥩 S. Kidman Wagyu 2–3+

S. Kidman Wagyu Chuck Flap

$83 → $64 per kg

Approx. 1.0–1.5kg per pack

A $50 deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance can be paid upon pick-up or after delivery.

S. Kidman Wagyu Chuck Flap is easy to trim and perfect for home BBQs.

Although it’s graded 2–3+, the marbling is often comparable to many 4+ Wagyu products.

Each pack weighs around 1–1.5kg, making it smaller than a full wholesale pack and ideal for smaller households.

It’s also easy to trim, even for beginners.

If the vacuum packaging remains unopened and intact, the product can be refrigerated for up to one month. Once opened, consume within 3 days or store it in the freezer.

🥩 Carrara Wagyu 6–7+

Carrara Wagyu Chuck Flap

$93 → $74 per kg

Approx. 1.2–1.7kg per pack

A $50 deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance can be paid upon pick-up or after delivery.

The photos above show the chuck flap after trimming and are provided as a reference to help you understand approximately how much fat is removed during preparation.

Like many Wagyu cuts—especially those from the rib section—chuck flap naturally contains a higher proportion of fat.

The example photos show the amount of fat trimmed from one piece and the remaining lean meat. Please note that the fat ratio will vary depending on the individual cut and marbling grade.

For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on the amount of fat in the product.

As shown, professionally trimmed Wagyu slices sold at retail are significantly more expensive.

Compared with our product, the equivalent retail value is around $183 per kilogram.

Even if approximately 50% of the weight is trimmed as fat, our whole-cut Wagyu still offers outstanding value.

If you prefer meat that is already fully trimmed and ready to cook, we recommend purchasing pre-trimmed retail products instead.

Thank you for your understanding and support. 😊
