Orders are increasing, and
since so many are saying it's delicious,
thank you so much for leaving reviews.
* Produced via OEM using Jessica Market's recipe,
made to order,
and immediately picked up for even fresher
fresh kimchi~~
Because kimchi is precious to us.
No matter how delicious and good the kimchi is
imported from Korea, it takes a month to ship,
so even if the freshness is maintained, the seasoning
tends to ripen a bit, which has always been
a dilemma and a regret.
So I decided that
during the Korean kimchi-making season, when winter napa cabbage
is really plump and delicious -> import,
and when you don't want to eat ripened kimchi in summer -> Australian production,
I will proceed this way~~
Actually, it would be great if I made the kimchi myself,
but let's leave it to the experts!
So, after meetings, discussions, sampling, and various processes since last year,
the napa cabbage kimchi and yeolmu (young radish) kimchi that are currently possible
have finally been released
via Jessica Market's OEM method!
Future procedures will be,
for maximum freshness,
through a strict pre-order system a few times a month,
pre-order, production -> pickup and delivery
-> sales complete.
In this way, I will try to keep the fresh kimchi crisp.

You know how much kimchi I've eaten, even if I can't make it myself?
I know good taste! It's truly delicious, so trust me and try it~
I also recommend the newly added spicy kimchi and green onion kimchi!
It's delicious kimchi made by a kimchi master
with vegetables grown and raised in Australia.
Of course, it is a formal
food manufacturer with all the facilities,
so you don't need to worry about
whether we're making it secretly at home~ haha

The taste that immediately makes you think of white rice
or bossam (boiled pork wraps) just by trying a single stem!
I served fresh kimchi at dinner tonight,
and didn't tell my husband it was fresh.
"This kimchi is delicious. (100% suspicious look) Did you make it? It's not salty, but mild and tasty. Give me more."
For those who like fresh kimchi,
I definitely recommend it this week!!
As you can see, the yeolmu is also
full of youth.
The reason I chose this company's kimchi is
that the facilities are extremely clean,
and it has a "Seoul-ite" kimchi taste that isn't salty.
Of course, there may be those who like fermented fish sauce kimchi,
but since my kids eat a lot of kimchi,
I like Seoul-style kimchi.
It's also delicious when it ripens.
It's just the taste of yeolmu right now,
so I set mine aside to let it ripen a bit.
Yeolmu is best when you mix it after it has ripened slightly,
isn't it?
For those who like fresh kimchi,
I highly recommend it~

The newly introduced Geotjeori (freshly made) Kimchi 1kg!
Unlike napa cabbage kimchi, you can enjoy it lightly,
so check out the Geotjeori kimchi too~~
