It's a 2-3+ grade, but typically has a condition similar to 4+ marbling.

Each pack is about 1kg-1.5kg, which is smaller than a typical whole pack,

making it suitable for small families.

Even beginners won't find it too difficult to prepare,

making it suitable for barbecues.

The shelf life is 1 month as long as the vacuum pack remains undamaged.

After opening the pack, consume within 3 days or freeze it.
