Easy-to-trim S. Kidman Wagyu flower ribeye!

MB 4-5 marbling

1kg-1.5kg per pack, so compared to whole packs

the pieces are smaller, making it suitable for small families.

It is not very difficult for beginners to trim,

so it is suitable for barbecue.

The shelf life is

1 month as long as the vacuum pack is not damaged. After opening the pack,

eat it within 3 days or store it in the freezer.

Wagyu, especially the ribeye area,

has a high ratio of

block fat.

You can see the amount of fat and

pure meat that came off after trimming one of the two pieces,

but please note that it may vary depending on the grade or type of meat,

and refunds for dissatisfaction with the fat ratio

are unfortunately not possible.
