📢 How Jessica Market Kimchi is Made!

Due to the sudden rise in napa cabbage prices and long import times, we’ve adopted an OEM production system using Jessica Market’s own recipe.

To ensure maximum freshness, all kimchi is made to order and offered through a monthly pre-order system.

You may not make it at home—but we know what truly delicious kimchi tastes like!

Trust us, this one’s worth it! 🥬✨

This delicious kimchi is made by a kimchi master using fresh, locally grown vegetables here in Australia. And rest assured, it's produced in a fully-equipped, certified food facility - no need to worry about it being made in someone's kitchen! 😊

Just one bite, and it instantly brings to mind a bowl of white rice or a plate of Bossam (Korean Boiled Pork)

- that’s the taste!

I served fresh kimchi at dinner without telling my husband it was store-bought tonight 😏

He said "This kimchi is so good" (with 100% suspicious eyes) "Did you make it? It’s not too salty, just nicely mild. Let me have some more!"

For those who love fresh kimchi,

this week is a must-try!!

As you can see, the young radish is as fresh as it gets.

I chose this company’s kimchi because of their spotless facilities and the perfect Seoul-style flavour - mild and not overly salty. While some might prefer saltier, seafood-based kimchi, our kids eat a lot of kimchi, so the Seoul-style suits us best.

It even tastes great as it ripens!

.

Right now, the young radish has that fresh, crisp taste, so I’ve set mine aside to let it ripen a bit. Young radish kimchi is best when it's slightly fermented and mixed with rice, don’t you think?

For those who love fresh kimchi, I highly recommend it!
