It feels like it’s been a while since we hosted a whole beef pack event. With meat prices skyrocketing and high-quality cuts becoming increasingly difficult to find, it felt like these events were slipping away. However, we found some truly exceptional meat this time, so we decided to bring it back!

As this is a fresh food pre-order, cancellations for personal reasons are not allowed unless there is a defect with the product. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Final payment will be processed as a post-payment based on the actual weight (kg) of your specific pack.

It's been so hard to get good meat lately, hasn't it? It really makes us realize the true value of skilled labor. Even though you have to trim it yourself, the base prices have still gone up compared to before. We hope everything goes back to normal soon, but until then, we'll make it work! Let's trim it ourselves and enjoy a delicious meal together.

1. Variable Pricing (Pay after confirmation) Since these are commercial-sized wholesale packs, the exact weight varies for each package. Therefore, the final price cannot be determined at the time of your initial order. We kindly ask you to transfer the exact amount as soon as you confirm the final price upon pickup or delivery. (We operate on trust! ^^) Please don't forget to put your Order Number in the transfer description!

2. Un-trimmed Wholesale Blocks Once again, these are un-trimmed, wholesale blocks of meat originally supplied to high-end restaurants. Because they are not pre-trimmed, there may be more fat than usual, and the marbling might occasionally fall short of expectations.

This is exactly why the unit price is significantly lower than regular retail prices. If you are uncomfortable with these factors, we kindly advise against purchasing. Please note that refunds or exchanges are not possible for these reasons.
