fresh kimchi~~
Because kimchi is precious to us.
No matter how delicious and high-quality kimchi is imported from Korea,
it takes a month to arrive, so even if its freshness is maintained,
the seasoning tends to ferment a little. This has always been
a dilemma and a regret.
So, I decided to proceed this way:
When the Korean winter cabbage harvest is truly plump and delicious -> import.
When you don't want to eat fermented kimchi in the summer -> made in Australia.
This is how I plan to proceed~~
Honestly, it would be great if I could make kimchi myself, but
let's leave it to the experts!
So, since last year, we've been meeting, discussing,
and going through sampling and various processes to finally
launch Napa cabbage kimchi and young radish kimchi
under Jessica Market's OEM model!
The future process will be:
To maintain maximum freshness,
we will operate on a strict pre-order system a few times a month:
Pre-order then production -> pickup and delivery
-> sold out
This way, we will maintain fresh, raw kimchi.

You know how much kimchi I've tried, even if I can't make it myself?
I know good taste! It's truly delicious, so trust me and try it~
I also recommend the newly added spicy chopped kimchi and green onion kimchi!
This delicious kimchi is made by a kimchi master
with vegetables grown in Australia.
Of course, it's a legitimate food company with all the facilities,
so you don't have to worry that it's made secretly at home. Haha.

You know that taste where if you pick off a piece,
you immediately think of white rice or bossam?
Tonight, I served fresh kimchi for dinner,
but I didn't tell my husband it was fresh kimchi.
"The kimchi is delicious. (100% suspicious look) Did you make it? The kimchi isn't salty and tastes good. Give me more."
For those who love fresh kimchi,
it's definitely recommended this week!!
As you can see, the young radish
is in its prime.
The reason I chose this company's kimchi is
that their facilities are so clean,
and the kimchi isn't too salty, it has that perfect Seoul-style taste.
Of course, some people prefer kimchi with a lot of salted seafood,
but since our kids eat a lot of kimchi,
we prefer the Seoul-style kimchi. It tastes good even when it's fermented.
Right now, it tastes just like young radish,
so I've put mine aside to let it ferment a bit.
Young radish is best when it's slightly fermented and mixed with rice, isn't it?
For those who love fresh kimchi,
I highly recommend it~

Introducing our new 1kg fresh kimchi!
