Kimchi is precious to us.
No matter how delicious and good kimchi is imported from Korea,
it takes a month to arrive, so even if the freshness is maintained,
the seasoning tends to ripen a little, which was always a dilemma and a pity.
So, what we decided was
Korean kimchi-making season, winter cabbage,
when it's really solid and delicious -> import
When you don't want to eat ripe kimchi in summer -> made in Australia
This is how we plan to proceed~~
Actually, it would be great if I could make kimchi,
but let the experts who are good at it do it!
So, since last year, we've been holding meetings and discussions,
and after samples and various processes,
we are now releasing napa cabbage kimchi and young radish kimchi first
in the Jessica Market OEM method!
The future process will be
to maintain maximum freshness
through a strict pre-order system several times a month:
Pre-order -> Production -> Pickup and Delivery
-> Sold out
This is how we will maintain fresh kimchi.

You know how much kimchi I've eaten, even if I can't make it myself?
I know the taste well! It's really delicious, so trust me and try it~
I also recommend the newly added spicy kimchi and green onion kimchi!
This delicious kimchi is made by a kimchi master
with vegetables grown and harvested in Australia.
Of course, it's a legitimate food company with all the facilities,
so you don't have to worry about whether it's secretly made at home ㅋㅋ

You know that taste that makes you think of white rice or bossam
as soon as you tear off a piece?
Tonight, I served fresh kimchi for dinner
and didn't tell my husband it was fresh kimchi.
"This kimchi is delicious." (100% suspicious look) "Did you make it? It's not too salty, and it's mild and delicious. Give me more."
For those who love fresh kimchi,
this week is definitely recommended!!
As you can see, the young radish
is fresh.
The reason I chose this company's kimchi is
that the facilities are so clean
and it's not salty, just like Seoul-style kimchi.
Of course, there are people who like salted kimchi,
but since our kids eat a lot of kimchi,
Seoul-style kimchi is better. It's delicious even when it ripens.
Since it tastes like young radish now,
I've taken mine out to let it ripen a bit.
Isn't young radish best enjoyed mixed with rice after it's slightly ripened~
For those who like fresh kimchi,
I highly recommend it~
