* Produced OEM using Jessica Market's recipe,
made after order,
and immediately available for pickup, for fresher
fresh kimchi~~
Because kimchi is precious to us.
No matter how delicious and good kimchi is
imported from Korea, it takes a month to arrive,
so even if freshness is maintained, the seasoning
tends to ferment a bit, which was always a dilemma and a regret.
So what I decided was
Korean winter cabbage during kimchi-making season,
when it's truly solid and delicious -> import
When you don't want to eat fermented kimchi in summer -> made in Australia
I'm planning to proceed like this~~
Actually, it would be great if I could make kimchi, but
let's let the experts do what they're good at!
So, from last year, we've been meeting and discussing,
and after going through sampling and various processes,
we're launching the available baechu kimchi and yeolmu kimchi first
using the Jessica Market OEM method!
The future process will be
a strict pre-order system several times a month
to maintain maximum freshness.
Pre-order then production -> pickup and delivery
-> sold out
This is how we will maintain fresh kimchi.

You know how much kimchi I've eaten, even if I can't make it myself?
I know good taste! It's really delicious, so trust me and try it~
I also recommend the newly added spicy sliced kimchi and green onion kimchi!
Delicious kimchi made by a kimchi master
with vegetables grown in Australia.
Of course, it's a legitimate food company with all the facilities,
so you don't have to worry about
if it's secretly made at home, lol.

When you taste a single strand,
it immediately makes you think of white rice
or bossam! That's the taste!
I put fresh kimchi on the dinner table tonight,
and I didn't tell my husband it was fresh kimchi.
"The kimchi is delicious." (100% suspicious look) "Did you make it? The kimchi isn't too salty and it's mild and delicious. Give me more."
For those who love fresh kimchi,
this week is a must-try!!
As you can see, the yeolmu
is also fresh.
The reason I chose this company's kimchi is
that their facilities are so clean,
and the kimchi isn't too salty, it tastes just like Seoul-style kimchi.
Of course, there are people who like fermented kimchi,
but since our kids eat a lot of kimchi,
we prefer Seoul-style kimchi. It's delicious even when fermented.
It's just yeolmu taste right now,
so I took mine out to let it ferment a bit.
You know yeolmu tastes best when it's slightly fermented and mixed with rice~
For those who love fresh kimchi,
I highly recommend it~
