* Produced by OEM with Jessica Market's recipe,

made after ordering,

and immediately picked up for fresher

fresh kimchi.

Kimchi is precious to us.

No matter how delicious and good kimchi is imported from Korea,

it takes a month to arrive, so even if it maintains its freshness,

the seasoning tends to ripen a little, which was always a dilemma and regret.

So what I decided was

winter cabbage for kimchi season in Korea,

when it's really plump and delicious -> Import

When you don't want to eat ripe kimchi in summer -> Made in Australia

I'm going to proceed this way~~

Honestly, it would be great if I made kimchi myself,

but let the experts who are good at it do it!

So, after meetings and discussions since last year,

and going through sampling and various processes,

we are now launching napa cabbage kimchi and young radish kimchi first

through Jessica Market's OEM method!

The future process will be

to maintain maximum freshness

a few times a month through a strict pre-order system:

pre-order then production -> pickup and delivery

-> sales complete

This way, we will maintain fresh kimchi.

You know how much kimchi I've eaten, even if I can't make it myself?

I know the taste well! It's really delicious, so trust me and try it~

I also recommend the newly added spicy chopped kimchi and green onion kimchi!

This is delicious kimchi made by a kimchi master

with vegetables grown in Australia.

Of course, it's a legitimate food company with all the facilities,

so you don't have to worry about whether it's made secretly at home, lol.

When you try a piece,

it makes you immediately think of white rice

or bossam! That's the taste!

Tonight, I served fresh kimchi for dinner,

and I didn't tell my husband it was fresh kimchi.

"This kimchi is delicious (100% suspicious look). Did you make it? This kimchi is not salty and tastes mild and good. Give me more."

For those who love fresh kimchi,

this week is definitely recommended!!

As you can see, young radish

is fresh.

The reason I chose this company's kimchi is

that the facilities are incredibly clean,

and it has that perfect Seoul-style kimchi taste, not too salty.

Of course, there are those who like fermented kimchi,

but since my kids eat a lot of kimchi,

I prefer Seoul-style kimchi. It tastes good even when it's ripened.

.

Right now, it just tastes like young radish,

so I've taken mine out to let it ripen a bit.

Young radish tastes best when it's slightly ripened and mixed with rice, doesn't it?

For those who love fresh kimchi,

I highly recommend it~
