fresher fresh kimchi~~
Because kimchi is precious to us.
No matter how delicious or good the kimchi imported from Korea is,
it takes a month to arrive,
so even if freshness is maintained, the seasoning
naturally ferments a bit, which has always been
a dilemma and a regret.
So I decided that
during the Korean kimchi-making season when winter cabbages
are truly plump and delicious -> Import
During summer when I don't want to eat fermented kimchi -> Made in Australia
This is how I'm going to proceed~~
Actually, it would be great if I made the kimchi, but
let's leave it to the experts!
So after meetings and discussions since last year,
and going through sampling and various processes,
we have launched the available cabbage kimchi and young radish kimchi
via Jessica Market's OEM method!
Our future approach is
to ensure maximum freshness,
using a strict pre-order system several times a month:
Pre-order -> Production -> Pickup and Delivery
-> Sold out
In this way, we will maintain
the crisp freshness of the kimchi.

You know how much kimchi I've eaten, even if I can't make it myself, right?
I know good taste! It's really delicious, so trust me and try it~
I also recommend the newly added spicy kimchi and green onion kimchi!
This is delicious kimchi made by a kimchi master
using vegetables grown in Australia.
Of course, it's a formal food company
with all the facilities,
so you don't have to worry about whether
it's being made secretly in someone's home lol

It's that exact taste that makes you think of
white rice or bossam (pork wraps)
as soon as you take a single bite!
I served this fresh kimchi for dinner today
without telling my husband it was fresh.
The kimchi is delicious. (100% suspicious look) Did you make this? It’s not salty and has a mild, delicious flavor. Give me more.
For those who love fresh kimchi,
I definitely recommend it this week!!
As you can see, the young radishes
are also very fresh.
The reason I chose this company's kimchi
is that the facility is extremely clean,
and it has that perfect Seoul-style kimchi flavor that isn't salty.
Of course, there are people who prefer salted seafood-heavy kimchi,
but because my kids eat so much of it,
I personally like Seoul-style kimchi.
It also tastes great when it ferments.
Since it's just fresh young radish taste right now,
I set mine aside to let it ferment a bit.
You know the best way to eat young radish kimchi
is mixed with rice after it ferments a little~
For those who like fresh kimchi,
I highly recommend it~

The new Geotjeori (fresh cabbage kimchi) 1kg!
Unlike regular cabbage kimchi, you can enjoy this
